Having a second ear can provide you and your company with objective advice or help you stay accountable to achieving your goals. An Advisor/Coach relationship offers a gradual way to leverage our team’s expertise to overcome obstacles and pursue your goals.

Recurring monthly fee, dictated by capabilities needed, frequency of meetings, contract term, etc.

Growth Consultant

Sometimes you need more help and tangible contribution to help analyze your challenges and come up with a plan of attack to elevate your company’s growth. Strabble can be a Growth Consultant, which is a bigger commitment in time and effort than the Advisor/Coach offering.

Growth Consultant engagements are customized to meet the specific needs, goals, and a scope of work. Many projects can be done virtually and delivered to any company around the globe. Other projects require that we periodically visit on site at a client location, perhaps to interview clients, assess and analyze the situation, deliver training, observe processes and productivity, and facilitate planning meetings.

We need to allow ample time for research, brainstorming, analysis, documentation, communication with your team, and implementation. To be successful we have to follow a process, as skipping steps leads to subpar results.

Engagements start with a 1-hour exploratory consultation, which leads to a brief paid assessment.

Then, we agree on a scope of work.

The fixed fee price, paid monthly, is dictated by the complexity of the engagement, scope of work and deliverables, and timeframe for delivery.

Fractional or Interim Executives

If you so choose, we don’t just hand you a plan and walk away. Strabble was founded with the goal of providing businesses with the knowledge, experience, and resources that are impeding their growth. Strabble offers outsourced and interim executives to help your business reach its goals.

We have proven C-Suite and middle management resources that can complement and amplify your internal efforts. This works great when you can’t justify a full time hire, need some part time help, or need leaders to help manage and direct employees.

The monthly fixed fee is dictated by the scope of work, expected time commitment (in-house vs. remote), and deliverables.
